Fall Alumni Run

Postby radar » Thu May 13, 2010 10:30 am

If we are considering this we should probably get on scheduling it. August 30 is the first day of classes. What if we did the weekend before that and meet on campus. All the freshman will be moving in and it wouldn't hurt to spark some interest.

Or Labor day

Or later in the year

Around career fair would probably be good, lots of alumni are usually up for that anyway.

The week before is a good idea, then it won't interfere with planning bog. The career fair isn't a bad idea either, however wouldn't most people be busy attending and trying to line up something? I was thinking MAYBE we could do something with poker run seeing as it is a good time and a tradition. Only thing with that though is I do not know how things will be with all the vehicles.

IMO, the focus should be on Bog during that time. Trying to do two events would likely be a little much.

I'll definitely need a reason to get back up there in the fall. Works for me.

The jimmy should be better after I get money to put into it.

BUMP this thread,

Plan is for me and sheryl to come up for oct 10th weekend for some wheeling. Whitney (Todd's Girlfriend) will be coming up too. Short notice but just wondering if anybody else would want to come up and do some wheeling or possibly some camping..
