-Boyscout 1&2 of course
-Ravine, once sled season is over we should drive in and hike out, see if there's a possible exit route that doesn't go through active logging.
-Obenhoff
-There's some trail that the alumni that were up here over the summer were telling me about that's getting a bit overgrown and is supposedly pretty gnarly in the spring thaw, Rick says Hotrod knows how to get there.
-Rockhouse
-We could do a trip out to Skanee.
-Wolf Point, pretty sure Rick and PJ ran the trail with locals this year

When is the last time anyone was at Boyscout? Has the big waterfall rendered the trail impassable yet?

I thought he was talking about lighthouse but I could be wrong. Then again he wouldn't have a problem going around gates either. Boyscout is still wheelable. We went out a few times in the fall.

Too bad Jankhouse is clear cut. What about shiver me timbers, fire tower, or other events out that way? Only issue is i haven't been able to find shiver me timbers since i drove it with Todd a few years back.

So I have been thinking about trying and making it up for this.

Hung out with the guys tonight and mentioned it to Kyle. He told me that Mark Price, "BB1T" and Dave Devormer, (sp) "Dave be jeepin" had just contacted him saying they where thinking of making the trip up. Knowing this I am more inclined to try and make it. We are going to be in contact the next few weeks to sure things up.

Anyway, I would shoot for leaving work a little early on Friday and head up. Most likely take Monday and Tuesday off. Wheel whatever is decided on Saturday in the Houghton area. I have a few ideas. Sunday maybe head up into the Keweenaw, hit five mile head north to 7 mile and see what the rock outcropping looks like. Hit that up? Fire on the beach? Cliff drive for old time sake? There is a cool rock section to the north a bit behind the bluff face. Just down the trail that the secret shit is on. Jacob G, you know what im talking about.

Then Monday and Tuesday before heading out, the main draw for getting me up there. SKANEE!!!!!!! Really itching to try the 40's on the rock!

Of course anyone would be welcome on our Sunday, Monday and Tuesday adventures.

I'm in for Saturday and Sunday wheeling. I'm not sure about Monday and Tuesday, depends on how work is going.

The group here in Iron Mountain has been talking about driving the rigs up and camping friday and saturday night.
