I'v been looking around in forums a bit and it seems that a 164 tooth C4 flexplate, is the same as an AOD flexplate. I looked on summit just for shits to price a new AOD plate and the ford racing one claims it is usable for C4 and AOD transmissions.

This all leads me to think my stock C4 plate will work. Has anyone done this?
