Official Stuff

A. Lack of Participation
- Why? Talk to people to see why people aren’t showing up or participating in club functions. Don’t like to see it.

B. New Member Recruitment
- We need to come up with some new ideas to get new members
- Movie night? Possibly week of poker run, try to get them to come out at poker run.
- Paul will check with the Film Board to see what needs to happen to host a movie night
- One thing that needs to get done is that everyone needs to do everything they can to support everyone/everything in the club.

C. Poker Run – planning for it
- Try to get a GPS, as they are required, at least one per group, in order to go on the run.
- Groups broken up, according to rig type/setup to make it fair for everyone
- GPS coordinates to each set of cards. Each member in each group gets an envelope with a card in it. Whoever has the best poker hand at the end of the run wins, prizes are given for the top poker hands, best break, and best stuck.
- Cards are for people who driver or ride, and the driver gets a wild card at the end.
- Usually the biggest and most fun run of the year

D. Hunting
- A week from Sunday is the opener of rifle season. Don’t go wheeling, or if you do, don’t have a sticker on your rig.
- If you want to wheel, don’t go during rifle season

E. Clean-Up Run
- Two trucks from MTU. One dump truck, one 1 ton with trailer.
- Eric will call sheriff’s office/DNR to see if they have good spots to clean up
- Going out by Whealkate and Painesdale. 1 ton w/ trailer will get parked at Jake Ladd’s house, dump truck at South Range House.
- 10:00 AM Saturday, meet at the South Range House.
- Emails into the Lode and Gazette to see if they want to do a story on it

F. Website
- Put the constitution on
- Other miscellaneous updates

G. Tools
- Bearing puller is in
- Other tools being ordered and are on the way
- If you check a tool out, make SURE you put your name on the board so we know where the tool is. Joe needs the timing light and it is nowhere to be found, no one knows who has it. If you have it, let us know so we know where it is.

H. Carnival
- We should sign up for it so we get more points even if our statue turns into a 1-nighter.
- November 16th is the deadline for month long statue sign up
- Theme is “games we know captured in snow.”
- Think of your ideas, bring them to the meetings next week so we can decide on a statue
- Jake’s audio equipment for our spot at the all nighter?
- Radar is responsible for keeping track of dates and other important shiznit.

I. Wheeling
- Saturday after clean up run, wheeling and a bonfire.
- Decision on location made during/after clean up run.

J. Stories
- Tubs was in prime form dressed as Chris Farley the Chippindale Dancer off of SNL. At the DT, some dood grabbed his chest hair and pulled it. Tubs proceeds to punch said dood in the face and was thrown out 5 minutes after entering.
- Cassie had a window broken sometime Halloween night.
- Phil went night wheeling after the DT on Wednesday, somewhat uneventful but it was fun.
